Varieties currently available are:
Yellow Box - Our signature honey is mild, fresh, and sweet. This classic favourite is harvested from Castlemaine and Central Goldfields region in the warmth of early summer. Castlemaine's liquid gold.
Old Man Banksia - This rich caramel flavoured honey is distinctive and a unique Australian treat! Our bees collected this honey from the 'Old Man' Banksia tree in Gippsland.
Christmas Mallee - Deliciously festive! Want to keep that Christmas feeling going all year? Try our Christmas Mallee honey! Our bees collected this from North West Victoria's Mallee region in December.
Manuka - Collected from Wilsons Promontory National Park, this honey is a rare treat that is complex, florid, and aromatic.
